About me
I love to learn something new and learn something relate and useful to support my job. I love positive vibes in everywhere. I am interested in any niches as long as my curious.
I have experienced jobs for 8 years. My education's basic in education for elementary school, almost being a bachelor's degree in there. In the past, I was a teacher (more 6 years for elementary school, junior, high school, and college student), a coach/master tutor, a worker in fabric, a treasurer, an activist, a tutor, and a general affair and recruiter's function in my job.

METHODE&STRATEGY
Student-centered teaching is teaching designed for the student. In many times, I am trying to keep doing this way. Basicly, I am flexible enough in the way to teach something. Choose the easy way and effective for my students is always my best choice. Every student are unique and always have something best in their self, a teacher with their parents should be know to show and be a reminder about it for them.
IMPROVEMENT
In every learning process there is a moment for every teacher do improvement to keep the best result every student in school.Good communication with student and parents being the key to get success in every improvement. Measuring every student know their mistakes or bad points is the first things we should do.

After Diploma 2 (A.Ma.Pd) in major Education Teacher of Elementary School at University State of Jakarta, she has continue in same major until scription for degree (S.Pd) but unfortunately she was got whitening status for one his force from her college.
